About Me

After the untimely passing of my mother, I experienced a level of pain that shook the foundation of who I was. I no longer recognized myself, and I struggled to gather my thoughts, let alone move forward into what others called a “new normal.” It felt impossible—until I remembered one thing my mother always prayed over me: that God would give me the desires of my heart.

One of those deep desires was to become a counselor, a life coach, and a small business owner—a person equipped and called to walk with others through their own storms. I knew then that I had to transform my pain into purpose.

Professional Background

I hold two Master’s degrees from Liberty University:

  • M.A. in Human Services Counseling with a minor in Crisis and Trauma
  • M.A. in Counseling

I also earned a B.A. in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology from Barton College.

In addition to my academic training, I am a Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute, a credential that equips me to guide individuals through personal growth, decision-making, and mindset shifts that align with their goals and values.

Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people identify the root of their struggles and bring clarity, healing, and action to their lives. I specialize in walking with individuals through crisis, trauma, and life transitions, helping them find strength and purpose in the midst of their pain.

My Mission

I believe that healing is possible, clarity is attainable, and purpose is powerful. I created Pain 2 Purpose to serve as a safe space where people can confront their struggles, embrace their stories, and take meaningful steps toward the life they were meant to live.
